This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. Success is directly tied to effort, execution, and accountability. This position is ideal for hungry new agents ready to launch properly and producing agents seeking leverage, leadership opportunities, and a path to building a team within the team.
Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE Launch onboarding program
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems on a consistent weekly basis
- Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into qualified appointments
- Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties
- Consult with sellers, secure listing agreements, and effectively market properties
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategy, staging recommendations, and listing preparation
- Negotiate offers and contract terms on behalf of buyers and sellers
- Track tasks, activities, and client communication within PLACE technology systems
- Conduct a minimum of two open houses per month
- Participate in weekly script practice in alignment with team standards
- Attend weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, team trainings, and Partner Calls
- Engage in team activities and accountability structures as requiredComplete
Qualifications
- An active Pennsylvania Real Estate License required or currently enrolled in a Pennsylvania real estate licensing course
- Intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive drive and strong work ethic
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding production goals (or clear evidence of high-performance behavior in prior roles)
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills with confidence in objection handling
- Growth-minded, coachable, and learning-based
- Willingness to learn and consistently execute team scripts, systems, and accountability standards
- Proven ability to build rapport, actively listen, and identify client-focused solutions
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented and able to thrive in a structured, performance-driven environment
- 1–3 years of real estate sales experience preferred; high-performing newly licensed agents will be considered
Compensation
$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
