Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE Launch training and weekly script practice.
- Execute weekly lead-generation and prospecting activities.
- Convert prospects into buyer and seller consultations, agreements, and appointments.
- Guide buyers through home searches and negotiate offers for buyers and sellers.
- Prepare, price, stage, market, and sell listed properties.
- Track activities and tasks in PLACE Technology.
- Host two open houses monthly and participate in required coaching, training, partner calls, and team activities.
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

- Licensed real estate professional
- 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning based, growth-minded
- Organized
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
Compensation
$70,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
