Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process, providing knowledgeable and responsive service.

Conduct property tours, prepare comparative market analyses, and advise clients on pricing and market conditions.

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, marketing, and lead follow-up.

Create and execute effective property marketing strategies, including online listings, social media, open houses, and promotional materials.

Negotiate offers, contracts, and transaction terms while advocating for clients’ interests and maintaining professionalism.

Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, title companies, attorneys, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.

Maintain accurate client records, transaction documentation, and timely communication in accordance with company policies and applicable real estate regulations.

Active real estate license in Texas, or the ability to obtain one

Strong knowledge of the Richardson and surrounding Dallas–Fort Worth real estate markets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships

Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple transactions and priorities

Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service

Strong prospecting, networking, and lead-generation abilities

Proficiency with technology, customer relationship management systems, and standard office software

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

We are looking for a full-time Texas-licensed real estate agent to join our team serving Rockwall and the surrounding area. Newer agents are welcome—we provide the tools, training, and support to help you build momentum, while experienced agents can take advantage of a consistent lead pipeline and established systems.

Our agents receive approximately 60–80 leads per month, distributed through a round-robin system, with opportunities across buyers, sellers, and investors. You’ll also have access to daily coaching opportunities, lead-generation support, administrative and transaction coordination, marketing resources, and industry technology including PLACE and Brivity.

If you’re motivated, coachable, and ready to treat real estate like a full-time business, this is an opportunity to build with a team that provides the infrastructure while you focus on generating and converting business.

Follow up consistently with assigned leads and work them through the CRM

Generate additional business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and your sphere of influence

Meet with prospective buyers, sellers, and investors

Conduct consultations, showings, listing appointments, and other client meetings

Maintain accurate CRM activity and manage your pipeline

Convert leads into appointments, clients, and closed transactions
