In this position, you will excel in a stimulating and fulfilling setting, helping clients navigate the exciting process of buying and selling properties. Your key duties will involve supporting buyers and sellers in marketing homes and securing the best possible prices and terms. Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.
- Prepare and present property listings by creating compelling marketing materials and utilizing various platforms to reach potential buyers or renters.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maintaining compliance with legal requirements.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses, effectively communicating property features and benefits to prospective buyers or renters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and local community members to generate leads and referrals.
- Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations, ensuring all transactions adhere to legal standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the State of Arizona, if you do not have one and want to get one apply and Alexis team owner will help guide you on where to begin.
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of our City and ability to show up and learn full time if you are new.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in real estate software and technology tools, show up for daily training.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area.
- High level of integrity and professionalism

Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
