Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
- Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings in the Kansas City area.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings at the Ken Hoover Real Estate Group office and various locations.
- Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws, market conditions, and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of Missouri (and Kansas preferred)
- Strong knowledge of local Kansas City real estate market and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
Compensation
$75,000 - $145,000 USD Yearly
