• Lead generate for 15 hours a week
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

• Self-motivated sales professional with a driven, competitive mindset
• Skilled at building relationships, actively listening, and matching clients with effective solutions
• Confident prospecting and generating new leads
• Comfortable addressing and overcoming objections
• Collaborative team player
• Licensed real estate professional; licensing support is available if needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Growth-oriented and eager to learn (Coachable!)
• Well-organized and detail-conscious
• Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness
• Exceptional time-management skills

$75,001 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
