Lead generate for 15 hours a week

Conduct two open houses monthly

Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes

Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers

Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology

Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments

Participate in weekly script practice per team standards

Participate in team activities per team standards

Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home

Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Self-motivated sales professional with a driven, competitive mindset  

Skilled at building relationships, actively listening, and matching clients with effective solutions  

Confident prospecting and generating new leads  

Comfortable addressing and overcoming objections  

Collaborative team player  

Licensed real estate professional; licensing support is available if needed  

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities  

Growth-oriented and eager to learn (Coachable!) 

Well-organized and detail-conscious
