What You’ll Actually Do

  • Connect with new buyers and sellers (our lead systems help make this easier)
  • Hold meaningful, strategy-driven consultations—not just sales pitches
  • Show homes, write offers, and negotiate like a pro
  • Track your activity in our CRM (which is easier than juggling sticky notes and spreadsheets)
  • Host at least two open houses per month
  • Engage in weekly script practice, coaching sessions, and team huddles
  • Collaborate, share wins, and push each other to be better
  • Help clients navigate pricing, staging, and listing strategies
  • Continue sharpening your skills with training and development sessions

  • You’re licensed in Missouri

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for Buyers and Sellers
  • Convert incoming leads
  • Set and hold Buyer and Seller Consulting Appointments
  • Analyze the Buyer’s and Seller’s needs and goals
  • Provide Housing and Community Information Research
  • Preview and show homes
  • Negotiate terms and contracts for buyers and sellers
  • Graduate from BRIVITY Launch
  • Execute BRIVITY lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in BRIVITY Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly team meeting per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Compensation

$78,000 - $112,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
