Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Launch program
- Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies each week
- Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in home selection
- Represent sellers and buyers in offer negotiations
- Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Host a minimum of two open houses every month
- Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
- Actively participate in team events and initiatives as required
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Guide sellers through the listing process, secure listings, and promote properties
- Apply expertise in pricing, staging, and other services related to listings
Qualifications
- Ambitious sales expert with a strong drive to close deals and outperform targets.
- Skilled relationship cultivator who listens attentively and provides tailored, strategic solutions.
- Proactive hunter experienced in generating leads independently beyond assigned prospects.
- Seasoned negotiator adept at overcoming objections and steering clients toward confident decisions.
- Exceptional communicator (both written and verbal) committed to delivering an outstanding client experience.
- Team-oriented collaborator who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Valid Virginia Real Estate License is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years’ successful real estate sales experience with a consistent record of achievement.
- Growth-driven mindset with a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.
- Highly organized and detail-focused in managing transactions efficiently.
- Disciplined in script mastery to optimize lead conversion rates.
- Effective time management skills with a focus on high-value, revenue-generating activities.
Compensation
$125,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
