In this role, you’ll work directly with buyers and sellers, follow up with qualified opportunities, convert conversations into appointments, and guide clients through showings, offers, negotiations, and closings. • Follow up quickly and professionally with new buyer and seller leads
• Build relationships through phone, text, email, and in-person conversations
• Convert leads into appointments, signed clients, and closed transactions
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand client goals and next steps
• Show homes, write offers, negotiate contracts, and guide clients through the transaction process
• Track pipeline, follow-up, and client activity in the CRM
• Deliver excellent communication and client service throughout the sales process
• Attend team training, coaching, and accountability meetings

• Active real estate license required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales, negotiation, or client service experience preferred
• Ability to manage follow-up, appointments, and pipeline activity consistently
• Comfortable using a CRM and following proven systems
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for client appointments and showings
• Team-oriented, coachable, and motivated by performance-based income

$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
