• Track all tasks and activities in PLACE Technology so your business becomes visible, measurable, and something you can actually build on
• Collaborate with team members and administrative staff so every client experience is handled with the care and professionalism our values require

You are newer to real estate and you are honest enough to admit that figuring it out alone is not working. You care about people. You want to do the right thing. • Currently licensed in Maryland or willing to transfer
• 1 to 5 years of real estate experience with 1 to 5 transactions closed
• Willing to commit 40 to 50 hours per week to building your business the right way
• Coachable and open to adopting proven systems over personal preference
• People-oriented with a natural ability to build trust and communicate with honesty
• Driven by personal growth and a genuine desire to serve clients well
• Positive, professional attitude that contributes to a high-performance culture
• Committed to integrity, follow-through, and always doing the right thing
