Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program.
- Consistently implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
- Provide professional consultation to buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties.
- Represent sellers and buyers in negotiating offers to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
- Host a minimum of two open houses each month.
- Effectively convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
- Actively engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team standards.
- Participate fully in team activities as outlined by team protocols.
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, ongoing training programs, and Partner Calls.
- Advise sellers, secure listing agreements, and develop marketing strategies for properties.
- Exhibit expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other services related to property listings.
Qualifications
- Self-driven sales professional with a competitive mindset
- Exceptional ability to establish rapport, actively listen to client needs, and provide effective solutions
- Proven expertise in prospecting and lead generation
- Skilled in overcoming objections with ease
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a dedication to client service
- Collaborative team member
- Valid real estate license
- Minimum of three years of experience in real estate sales
- Committed to continuous learning and professional growth
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Open to mastering scripts and dialogue techniques
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
