• Work directly with buyers and sellers to guide them through the real estate process
• Show homes and support clients through property tours
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of clients
• Provide timely communication and market expertise
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week
• Participate in weekly coaching, trainings, and team meetings
• Track activities and performance in PLACE Technology
• Commit to ongoing skill development and script practice

• Active real estate license or license being obtained
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive, professional, and coachable attitude
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow production
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Comfortable with significant time spent driving and in the field
• High school diploma or equivalent required

$60,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
