Responsibilities
- Execute daily lead generation to identify and engage potential sellers.
- Prospect for off-market opportunities and deliver compelling value propositions to secure listings.
- Convert prospecting efforts into scheduled seller appointments and listing agreements.
- Master team-standard conversation scripts to excel in seller consultations and negotiations.
- Participate in weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, team trainings, and Partner Calls to enhance your skills and mindset.
- Track and report performance metrics using advanced CRM and technology tools to optimize your results.
- Utilize our data resources to identify high-potential sellers and stay ahead in the market.
- Regularly preview homes to deepen your understanding of local property values and market trends.
- Stay a student of the evolving real estate industry, adapting to new strategies and opportunities.
- Negotiate listing agreements and guide sellers through the process with confidence and expertise.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License with a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, specializing in listings.
- Proven track record of securing and closing listings with measurable success.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust with sellers.
- Hungry, driven, and competitive, with a passion for exceeding goals in a collaborative team setting.
- Skilled in prospecting, lead generation, and overcoming objections to secure listing opportunities.
- Highly organized, with excellent time management and consistent follow-through.
- Data-driven, growth-minded, and committed to mastering team scripts and dialogues.
- Positive attitude, client-focused approach, and dedication to delivering outstanding service.
Compensation
$160,000 - $175,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
