About the Role

In the role of New Construction Real Estate Agent, you will serve as the main liaison among homebuyers, developers, construction teams, and sales personnel. Your mission is to deliver an exceptional client experience, foster robust relationships with developers, and expand our builder division.

• Manage the buyer’s journey from contract to post-closing, ensuring clear communication and a stress-free experience.
• Coordinate inspections, final walkthroughs, and warranty support.
• Serve as the liaison between sales, construction, and buyers, ensuring all parties are aligned.
• Oversee quality checks, identify issues, and ensure prompt resolution before closing.
• Educate buyers on warranties, homeowner manuals, and post-closing expectations.
• Maintain strong relationships with current developers and work to establish new partnerships.
• Contribute to the long-term vision of expanding Story Home Group’s builder division.

• Real Estate Experience: A licensed real estate agent with a passion for new construction.

$95,000 - $115,000 USD Yearly
