The Amanda Ponce Real Estate Team is looking for a driven and professional Real Estate Agent to become an integral part of our expanding team. In this position, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties, delivering outstanding service and expert advice throughout every step of the process.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct a minimum of two open houses weekly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in daily script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • Licensed real estate professional
  • 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning based, growth-minded
  • Organized
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management skills

Compensation

$13,000 - $25,000 USD Yearly
