Keller Williams Tacoma is seeking a dynamic and motivated Productivity Coach to join our team at 7525 28th St W, University Place. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in empowering real estate agents to maximize their efficiency and achieve their professional goals. You will work closely with agents to develop personalized strategies that enhance time management, lead generation, and overall business growth. • Implement personalized productivity strategies to enhance agents' performance and efficiency.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to identify challenges and provide actionable solutions.
• Monitor and analyze individual and team performance metrics to track progress and adjust coaching plans accordingly.
• Facilitate group training sessions focused on time management, goal setting, and effective work habits.
• Collaborate with leadership to align coaching initiatives with company objectives and culture.
• Provide ongoing support and motivation to help agents maintain consistent productivity and achieve sales targets.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve coaching techniques and resources.
• Assist in recruiting agents into your coaching program from inside and outside the brokerage.

• Proven experience in coaching or mentoring within the real estate industry
• Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and productivity tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop actionable improvement plans
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated with a passion for helping others achieve their goals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Real estate license preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
