Production Partner Opportunity

The Chase Group is seeking a licensed real estate agent to collaborate with one of our leading producers as a Production Partner. In this role, you’ll gain practical experience managing active transactions, receive support as you develop and grow your own client base, and contribute directly to the continued success of the Lead Agent.

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Partner, you will:

• Support buyers throughout the home-purchasing process
• Host open houses to generate new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain your personal sphere of influence
• Take part in circle prospecting activities
• Follow up diligently with leads and build long-term client relationships
• Assist with listing-related tasks and activities as assigned by the Lead Agent

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch - Designed to set you up for success
• Work with Lead Agent to guide their clients to homes - You will assist on both the buying and selling side
• Host Open Houses - This is a great way to showcase listings and pick up potential buyers
• Schedule & Show Homes - You will assist in finding buyers a new home
• Attend Inspections and Walkthroughs - You will learn and support the lead agent
• Attend Appraisals - You will learn and support the lead agent
• Lead Generate - You will gain knowledge on how to grow your business and create a strong pipeline

We're looking for someone who is coachable, dependable, and excited to grow. An active Ohio real estate license is required. If you're willing to learn, enjoy working with people, and want to accelerate your career by partnering with an experienced agent, we'd love to talk.

• Driven and goal-oriented with a track record of achievement
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Ohio real estate license required

$45,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
