Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a Partner Agent, you won’t just open doors. You’ll learn how a high-producing real estate team creates opportunity, serves clients, and builds business across buyers, sellers, builders, developers, and investors.

In this role, you will:

  • Complete PLACE New Agent Launch so you have a clear foundation, proven systems, and a path to build momentum quickly
  • Work alongside a top-producing real estate professional to support buyers, sellers, builders, and investor clients
  • Show homes to buyers, with exposure to new construction, luxury properties, investment opportunities, and land acquisition
  • Be present for on-site sales needs, including showings, listing preparation, builder meetings, and client appointments
  • Help leverage the team’s database and listing flywheel by identifying likely sellers, buyers, past clients, open house visitors, sphere relationships, and new opportunities
  • Support lead generation through calls, door-knocking, postcards, open houses, and follow-up so you learn how real business is created
  • Help build and manage the developer and investor pipeline by tracking opportunities, relationships, property details, and next steps
  • Assist with research for land, teardown, and deal acquisition opportunities, including property records, zoning, lot size, square footage, and potential value
  • Prepare and organize information for developer conversations, property walk-throughs, and deal review sessions
  • Provide detailed showing feedback that helps clients clarify what they want and make smart decisions
  • Learn to write and negotiate offers with the support of agents who know how to get deals across the finish line
  • Participate in weekly script practice, 1:1 coaching, team trainings, and Partner Call to sharpen your skill and stay on track
  • Track tasks, leads, and client activity in PLACE Technology so opportunities are managed with intention

This role is built for someone who wants hands-on experience, high-level coaching, and a front-row seat to how a serious real estate business is built — from database to developer pipeline to showing appointment to offer to closing.

  • Can listen closely to what clients want and help match them with homes that fit their needs, lifestyle, and goals
  • Is learning-based and wants coaching, feedback, and real-world experience
  • Is ambitious, driven, and has shown the ability to follow through and succeed
  • Is organized enough to manage details, communication, and follow-up well
  • Has a high school diploma or equivalent

Compensation

$70,000 - $112,500 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
