We are a fast-growing real estate team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area seeking a motivated and outgoing Part-Time Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to help nurture leads, set appointments, and support our sales team’s growth. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, and energized by building relationships and creating opportunities.

The ISA will be responsible for following up with inbound and outbound leads, re-engaging our database, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our agents. The ideal candidate is driven, coachable, comfortable with scripts and CRM systems, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Strong knowledge of the Dallas-Fort Worth area and surrounding communities is highly preferred, as local insight helps create more meaningful conversations and a better client experience. We are looking for someone who understands the area, can speak confidently about local neighborhoods and growth, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people in our market.

**This position has a base hourly rate in addition to commission.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to new leads, past clients, and database contacts
  • Respond to inbound inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Qualify buyer and seller leads and identify motivation and timeline
  • Schedule appointments for agents and ensure smooth handoff communication
  • Consistently follow up with leads through calls, texts, and email campaigns
  • Maintain accurate notes and communication records within the CRM
  • Re-engage cold and dormant leads within the team database
  • Help nurture long-term prospects and build strong client relationships
  • Meet weekly goals for conversations, appointments set, and follow-up activity
  • Communicate confidently about the Dallas-Fort Worth market, neighborhoods, and local trends
  • Collaborate with agents and leadership to improve lead conversion and client experience
  • Participate in team trainings, scripting practice, and accountability meetings as needed
  • Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts 

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center, or real estate REQUIRED
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Positive attitude with a high level of energy, professionalism, and self-motivation
• Strong knowledge of the Dallas-Fort Worth area and surrounding communities preferred
• Ability to build rapport quickly and create meaningful conversations with clients
• Comfortable handling objections and following proven scripts and processes
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team environment
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Coachable mindset and willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Real estate experience or active Texas real estate license is a plus, but not required

Compensation

$10.00 - $20.00 USD Hourly

This is a commission based position.
