We’re hiring an Inside Sales Associate / Outbound Sales Associate to help us connect with licensed agents and drive growth across the markets we serve. This is a front-row seat to what real success in real estate looks like — with mentorship, structure, and a team that wins together.
Responsibilities
- This is a high-activity, high-accountability role where your daily focus is creating new opportunities through outbound conversations.
- Making 100+ outbound calls daily to homeowners who are interacting with our marketing
- Building rapport, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our sales team
- Following proven scripts and systems while learning how to improve and adapt
- Logging every interaction into our CRM (we track everything, because it works)
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly goals — with full support and coaching from leadership
Qualifications
- Confident, clear communicator with strong phone presence
- Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or call center roles preferred
- Self-starter who thrives under pressure and hits daily/weekly metrics
- Excellent listening skills and ability to build quick rapport with homeowners
- Organized and consistent — you follow up and follow through
- Comfortable using scripts, CRMs, and tracking outreach activity
- Real estate industry knowledge is a plus, but not required
As an Outbound Sales Associate, you’ll be the first voice homeowners hear from our team. Your mission: make outbound calls, spark conversations, and identify motivated sellers. You’ll be uncovering opportunities, gathering property details, and setting appointments for our acquisitions or listing teams. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that requires energy, grit, and a commitment to showing up every day ready to produce. Compensation
$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
