• Participate in The Furlan Group's Agent Launch to internalize our lead generation and prospecting scripts 
• Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
• Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
• Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents
• Manage database and productivity reports
• Commit to skill development through education and script practice 
• Consistently add to database and follow up using Tasks and Auto Plans
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals and understand that this is a commission only based position.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
