You are a motivated person driven by a competitive edge. Your knack for establishing connections, understanding people's needs, and proposing effective solutions sets you apart. You have a talent for prospecting and lead generation, overcoming objections is second nature. You excel in communication and prioritize customer service.

A current real estate license is preferred, or you're open to obtaining one.

Access to a car, cell phone, and laptop is essential. 

Full-time commitment, dedicating 60 hours per week to developing your pipeline, previewing properties, and kick-starting your career, is expected. 

Financial stability during the transition period is crucial. This position is fully commission based.

You're comfortable spending extensive time on the phone, computer, and in your car, engaging with clients and exploring properties. 

You have a genuine enthusiasm for people and knack for fostering professional relationships.

You possess a positive demeanor  that is contagious, making collaboration enjoyable.

You possess a keen understanding of peoples needs, and are able to assist them to ensure satisfaction. 

A hunger for knowledge drives you to continuously enhance your skills, and you have a ability to be coached to become a successful real estate agent.
