Responsibilities
- Engage actively in the PLACE New Agent Launch program to master lead generation and prospecting techniques
- Nurture and transform inbound sales leads into scheduled appointments
- Identify and develop outbound sales prospects, converting them into confirmed appointments
- Assess leads to determine their motivation and financial readiness before passing them to real estate sales agents
- Maintain and update the database along with generating productivity reports
- Dedicate time to continuous learning and refining skills through education and script rehearsals
- Develop expertise in the local real estate market
- Participate consistently in weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Record all client interactions and activities using PLACE Technology systems
Qualifications
- Outstanding ability to build rapport and thrive in people-focused environments
- Driven by a passion for sales and successful lead conversion
- Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple leads and maintain consistent follow-up
- Committed to collaboration and achieving team-based objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in telephone communication
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Quick learner with the aptitude to master and apply sales scripts
- Cooperative team member
- Real estate license is a plus
Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
