Responsibilities
1. Build, implement, maintain and OWN all systems for delivering excellent internal and external customer service.
2. Follow the systems for our productivity rhythms to ensure agent productivity.
3. Support the team growth efforts through as acting as liaison between agents, clients, attorney, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers.
4. Keep the team leader informed of any challenges that arise and bring potential solutions.
5. Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, PLACE training and CRM trainings.
Qualifications
2+ years experience in administration/operations role.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and manuals.
Demonstrate the ability to plug into and improve existing systems, understand process flow and processes, and provide an enthusiastic level of support to a team.
Compensation
$16.00 - $19.00 USD Hourly
