Responsibilities

  • Complete Your Initial Training:
    • Successfully graduate from the PLACE Launch program, your structured introduction to our real estate systems and operational procedures.
  • Execute Your Outreach Strategy:
    • Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly, implementing your strategic outreach to connect with potential clients.
  • Guide and Secure Client Agreements:
    • Consult with buyers to understand their objectives, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify properties that meet their mission requirements.
  • Lead Negotiations to Achieve Objectives:
    • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers, employing your strategic thinking and negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Maintain Operational Awareness:
    • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology, ensuring accurate reporting and efficient management of your operations.
  • Conduct Community Engagement (Open Houses):
    • Conduct two open houses monthly, engaging with the community and showcasing available properties.
  • Convert Leads into Engagements:
    • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to scheduled appointments, effectively managing your engagement pipeline.
  • Refine Your Communication Tactics:
    • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards, honing your communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
  • Contribute to Team Success:
    • Participate in team activities per team standards, contributing your skills and teamwork ethic to achieve collective goals.
  • Engage in Continuous Professional Development:
    • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Calls to continuously enhance your expertise and strategic capabilities.
  • Guide Sellers Through the Process:
    • Consult with sellers to understand their objectives, convert to listings, and effectively market their homes to secure successful sales.
  • Develop Expertise in Property Presentation:
    • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services, ensuring properties are presented effectively to the market.

Compensation

$76,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
