Important: This role is exclusively COMMISSION-ONLY.

• Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program to build your foundation.
• Follow team lead generation systems weekly to create consistent opportunities.
• Host at least two open houses per month to grow your database. We provide the marketing!
• Consult with buyers and sellers, practicing scripts to gain signed agreements.
• Negotiate offers under the guidance of senior team members.
• Track your activities and progress in our CRM and tech platforms.
• Attend weekly team trainings, huddles, and 1:1 coaching sessions.
• Participate in team events and client activities to build your brand.

• Active CA real estate license (required before joining, but not to apply).
• No experience needed — training and support provided.
• Strong communicator with good listening skills.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable using technology and willing to learn scripts.
• Organized and able to manage your time well.
• Coachable and committed to following the Nickle Team’s proven business model for success.

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
