Terri Bias & Associates provides newly licensed agents serving Winston-Salem and the Triad with a structured 12-week New Agent Launch designed to help you build a strong foundation for success.
This is a sales-focused agent position—not an administrative support role. You’ll grow your business through consistent prospecting, meaningful client conversations, diligent follow-up, and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Participate in the 12-week New Agent Launch and team activities.
Have conversations with prospective buyers and sellers and follow up with your pipeline.
Conduct buyer consultations, listing presentations, home showings and open houses as needed.
Prepare, submit and negotiate offers.
Keep client records and activity current in the team CRM.
Qualifications
Active North Carolina real estate license.
Willingness to learn team systems and take feedback.
Clear communication and dependable follow-through.
Ability to use or learn real estate CRM and marketing technology.
Compensation
$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
