What you will do:

• Have conversations with prospective buyers and sellers daily and follow up with your pipeline
• Conduct buyer consultations, listing presentations, home showings, and host open houses as needed
• Prepare, submit, and negotiate offers 
• Contact and follow-up potential clients assess their wants and needs in a home to promote new business
• Utilize our data management system to track activities and see progress.
• Represent the team well by how you conduct yourself and your knowledge of the process

What we expect:

• An active North Carolina Real Estate License
• A willingness to learn proven systems and processes and a drive to succeed
• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• An ability to work independently and have control over your professional growth
• Excellent communication skills and ability to network to build your business
• Be ready to dive into an extensive training program that is designed for success
• Participation in team activities per team standards

$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
