Responsibilities

  • Graduating from the FURLAN GROUP and PLACE Launch Training Program: Successfully complete the PLACE Launch Training Program, which provides comprehensive training and knowledge to excel in your role as an Agent.
  • Implementing FURLAN GROUP and PLACE Lead Generation Systems: Consistently execute the proven lead generation systems provided by PLACE on a weekly basis to generate a steady stream of potential clients.
  • Consultation and Conversion: Meet with prospective buyers and sellers, provide expert guidance, and convert them into committed clients through signed listing and buyer agreements. Identify suitable properties that align with clients' needs and preferences.
  • Skilled Negotiation: Negotiate offers on behalf of both sellers and buyers to secure favorable terms and conditions that align with your clients' goals and objectives.
  • Utilizing PLACE Technology: Utilize the advanced features of PLACE Technology to effectively track tasks, activities, and client interactions, ensuring streamlined operations and organized workflows.
  • Open House Management: Conduct a minimum of two open houses per month to showcase properties and attract potential buyers, creating opportunities for successful transactions.
  • Lead Conversion: Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments, effectively leveraging your efforts to maximize client acquisition.
  • Weekly Script Practice: Participate in weekly script practice sessions as per team standards to enhance your communication and negotiation skills, ensuring confidence in client interactions.
  • Active Team Participation: Engage in team activities and collaborative efforts as per team standards, fostering a supportive and cohesive working environment.
  • Commitment to Development: Dedicate yourself to continuous growth by participating in weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, attending weekly trainings, and actively engaging in partner calls to enhance your expertise and stay updated with industry trends.
