  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Skillfully write and negotiate offers on behalf of clients, under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
  • Track tasks and activities in Furlan Group/PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Dedicate 4 hours daily to lead generate
  • Participate in daily script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Furlan Group/Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services


You are a motivated person driven by a competitive edge. Your knack for establishing connections, understanding people's needs, and proposing effective solutions sets you apart. You have a talent for prospecting and lead generation, overcoming objections is second nature. You excel in communication and prioritize customer service.

  • A current real estate license is preferred, or you're open to obtaining one.
  • Access to a car and laptop is essential.
  • Full-time commitment, dedicating 60 hours per week to developing your pipeline, previewing properties, and kick-starting your career, is expected.
  • Financial stability during the transition period is crucial. This position is fully commission based.
  • You're comfortable spending extensive time on the phone, computer, and in your car, engaging with clients and exploring properties.
  • You have a genuine enthusiasm for people and knack for fostering professional relationships.
  • You possess a positive demeanor that is contagious, making collaboration enjoyable.
  • You possess a keen understanding of peoples needs, and are able to assist them to ensure satisfaction.
  • A hunger for knowledge drives you to continuously enhance your skills, and you have a ability to be coached to become a successful real estate agent.
