Focusing on moves to Randolph AFB, Schertz, Cibolo, and Bulverde, our team leverages firsthand experience to understand the challenges of long-distance moves, virtual home tours, and important decisions made from afar. We seek a dependable, self-assured agent who will act as a trusted advisor and dedicated ally for our clients throughout their entire journey.

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Who You Are:

• You "Get" the Life: Ideally, you are a military spouse, veteran, brat or very familiar with military life experiences. You understand what a PCS move actually feels like.
• You Are a Local Expert: You know (or are ready to learn) the "ins and outs" of San Antonio and Bulverde—from the best coffee shops to the top-rated school districts.
• You Are Service-Oriented: You care more about helping someone find the right home the first time than just closing a deal.
• You Are a Problem Solver: Long-distance moves require virtual tours, detailed checklists, and high-level communication. You’re ready to deliver.
