The Marchese Real Estate Market Center Administrator (MCA) is a crucial role, functioning as the "chief financial officer and chief operations officer" for the office. They ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting the Broker, Team Leader, and Agents. Key responsibilities include managing finances, overseeing operations, interacting with staff and agents, and providing daily support to ensure an efficient and profitable operation. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Financial Management: Oversee banking, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and commission payments. Own profitability measures and strive towards improving such measures.
  • Operational Management: Maintain office e-files, manage staff, purchase supplies, ensure physical facility maintenance, and coordinate IT services. Build and maintain a SOP for all Brokerage related operations.
  • Associate Support: Maintain working relationships with associates, assist with new agent training, onboarding, offboarding, and keep them updated and informed. 
  • Team Leader Support: Assist the Team Leader with various tasks, including managing agents and the Market Center, recruiting and training associates.
  • General Office Management: Manage receptionist duties, delegate tasks, ensure phones are covered, and handle miscellaneous projects. Facilitate monthly meetings and weekly email to keep agents engaged and ensure positive culture.
  • Technology: Oversee computer hardware and software training, internet services ensuring basic understanding amongst the Associates. 
  • Financial Reporting: Report monthly production and accounting figures to Marchese Real Estate.
  • Growth and Improvement: Brainstorm ways to improve the Market Center both financially and operationally, and assist with projects. Directly participate and be accountable in recruiting agents to the Brokerage while maintaining profit.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the Market Center to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
  • Coordinate communication between agents, clients, and management to facilitate timely information exchange
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts, and compliance documentation
  • Support agents with administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and client follow-ups
  • Oversee office supplies and vendor relationships to ensure a well-equipped work environment
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, meetings, and company events to promote team development
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Market Center Administrator or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong knowledge of or willingness to learn office operations, transaction coordination, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, SLACK, database management and real estate management software
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Real estate license or certification is a plus but not required

Compensation

$50,000 - $50,000 USD Yearly
