Your Opportunity

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Engage in 10+ Real Estate Conversations Each Day
    Proactively connect with potential clients daily to establish a robust and steady sales pipeline. Consistent outreach fuels momentum, secures meetings, and uncovers promising opportunities.
  2. Promptly Follow Up on Zillow Flex Leads
    Respond swiftly to incoming leads to boost conversion rates. Aim to reach prospects within minutes to maximize your chances of success.
  3. Participate in Daily Team Meetings and Weekly Training
    Regular attendance at team meetings and training sessions enhances your skills and fosters accountability within a driven, high-achieving team environment.
  4. Maintain Continuous Communication with Your Client Database
    Use tools such as Brivity and CRM workflows to consistently engage with clients, nurturing relationships and driving ongoing revenue growth.
  5. Monitor and Report Daily Performance Metrics
    Keep track of your calls, appointments, and active deals each day to assess your strategies and improve overall efficiency.
  6. Host at Least 2 Open Houses Per Month
    Plan and execute open house events to attract local leads and broaden your network of potential clients.
  7. Demonstrate Leadership Through a Positive Mindset and Actions
    Showcase leadership qualities by maintaining enthusiasm, commitment, and teamwork, regardless of your level of experience.

Responsibilities

  1. Make 10+ Real Estate Conversations Per Day
    This is the foundation of consistent pipeline growth. Talking to new people daily builds momentum, drives appointments, and creates opportunity.
  2. Respond to Zillow Flex Leads Immediately
    Speed to lead = deals closed. You must be ready to jump on new connections within minutes — not hours — to maximize conversions.
  3. Attend Daily Huddles & Weekly Training Calls
    Top performers show up. These meetings are short, tactical, and designed to sharpen your skills and keep you accountable.
  4. Follow Up Relentlessly with Your Database
    Most deals come from follow-up. Using systems like Brivity and CRM workflows is non-negotiable — your future income depends on it.
  5. Track and Report Daily Metrics
    What gets measured gets improved. You'll log conversations, appointments, and pendings so you can spot what’s working and scale it.
  6. Hold 2+ Open Houses Per Month
    Open houses are one of our best local lead sources. You’ll be expected to take ownership of this opportunity to build your pipeline.
  7. Act Like a Leader in Culture and Conduct
    Whether you're new or experienced, others are watching. We expect you to lead by example — mindset, effort, and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Active Virginia Real Estate License (Required)
    This is a must — no exceptions. If you're not licensed yet but ready to commit 100%, we’ll guide you through the process.
  • Proven Track Record of Sales (12+ Homes/Year Preferred)
    We’re looking for producers. But if you're newer and obsessed with growth, coachable, and willing to outwork the competition, we want to talk.
  • Strong Phone Skills & Follow-Up Game
    Zillow Flex requires fast, confident communication. You must be comfortable on the phone and ready to make 10+ conversations a day.
  • CRM Experience (Brivity, Follow Up Boss, etc.)
    You should be organized and tech-comfortable. We’ll train you, but you need to commit to working the systems — because they work.
  • Open to Coaching, Feedback & Daily Accountability
    We grow fast because we coach hard. If you don’t like structure or feedback, this isn’t the place for you.
  • Mindset of Ownership, Not Entitlement
    You show up with solutions, not complaints. You believe your results are your responsibility.

Compensation

$175,000 - $220,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
