• Respond quickly to leads from Zillow Flex, Google, and listing sources
• Conduct buyer consultations, listing appointments, and home showings
• Use Follow Up Boss (FUB) to manage your pipeline and communication
• Prospect daily through calls, texts, emails, and open houses
• Attend daily training, coaching sessions, and team meetings
• Leverage our admin, marketing, and transaction support to stay focused on sales
• Deliver exceptional, client-first service throughout the buying or selling process

• Active real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one)
• Full-time availability and a strong desire to grow quickly
• Humble, hungry, and highly coachable
• Strong work ethic and willingness to follow a proven system
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable prospecting and working with a high volume of leads
• Tech-savvy and able to use CRM tools like Follow Up Boss (FUB)
• Committed to ongoing training, accountability, and team collaboration

$90,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
