We are on the lookout for an ambitious and passionate candidate to fill the role of a Luxury Real Estate Agent. 1. Graduate from PLACE Launch!
2. Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
3. Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
4. Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
5. Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
6. Build and maintain relationships with clientele in the real estate market.
7. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property valuation, negotiation, and transaction processes.
8. Coordinate property showings, open houses, and other marketing activities to attract potential buyers or renters.
9. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote luxury properties and increase exposure.
10. Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the luxury real estate market.

• Valid WA real estate license
• 1-3+ years of real estate sales experience preferred (But not required)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with your clients.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to navigate complex real estate transactions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using technology and real estate software tools/accessories
