Responsibilities
- Show residential properties to prospective buyers and renters
- Provide exceptional client service and build rapport
- Communicate feedback from showings to the lead agent/team
- Ensure homes are prepared and presentable prior to showings
- Coordinate with clients, team members, and listing agents for smooth appointments
- Stay up to date with local market conditions and inventory
Qualifications
- Active real estate license in PA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule
- Tech-savvy and able to navigate scheduling tools, CRM systems, and MLS
- Self-motivated, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude
Compensation
$15,000 - $20,000 USD Yearly
