• Prospect daily and follow up with warm and past client leads
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations, showings, and listing appointments
• Write and negotiate offers and listing agreements
• Use Follow Up Boss (FUB) to manage your pipeline and communication
• Host open houses and attend team trainings and coaching sessions
• Provide a high-touch, client-first experience from contract to close

• Active real estate license
• Passion for real estate and helping clients
• Coachable, consistent, and willing to follow a proven system
• Full-time availability and strong work ethic
• Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools (Follow Up Boss preferred)

$85,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
