• Evaluate and analyze clients' financial information to determine loan eligibility and appropriate loan products.
• Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and accurate.
• Collaborate with real estate agents, underwriters, and other professionals to facilitate smooth loan processing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly loan origination targets set by GARNER+CO.

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in the mortgage or financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of loan products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and referral partners
• Ability to analyze financial information and assess creditworthiness accurately
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid state mortgage loan originator license or the ability to obtain one promptly
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining ethical standards

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
