This role demands a problem-solving mindset and the ability to develop clear plans and strategies, particularly in complex situations involving seniors and probate matters.

We are looking for brokers whose strengths lie in consultative, relationship-driven work, with a primary focus on supporting seniors and their loved ones. The ideal candidate will be skilled in guiding conversations about housing and aging, and comfortable addressing sensitive end-of-life topics. Success in this position depends on a client-centered approach, combining empathy with strategic thinking. Our clients depend on our expertise to help seniors navigate and plan their housing and aging journey.

• Build and maintain connections with professionals specializing in senior care.
• Understand the unique challenges seniors face when moving from their homes to assisted living facilities.
• Demonstrate empathy and skill in engaging in end-of-life discussions.

• Minimum of eight closed transactions per year over the last three years.
• Coachable, eager to learn, and driven to enhance skills to excel as a consultant for both sellers and buyers.
• Resilient and persistent, able to push through challenges and setbacks.
• Committed to continuous learning with a primary focus on serving and assisting clients.
• Strong integrity, consistently doing the right thing regardless of supervision.

$45,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly
