Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the property listing process, including preparing listing presentations and marketing materials.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to determine competitive pricing strategies and advise clients accordingly.
- Collaborate with photographers, stagers, and other professionals to ensure properties are presented in the best possible light.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on market conditions, feedback from showings, and any necessary adjustments to the listing strategy.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented throughout the transaction process.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends and developments to provide clients with the most current and relevant information.
- Utilize multiple listing services (MLS) and other platforms to maximize property exposure and attract potential buyers.
Qualifications
- Active real estate license in the state of Arizona.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market in Lake Havasu City.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other listing tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Compensation
$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
