Partner with The Seattle Real Estate Team / KW Bothell on listings in Issaquah and Sammamish. This is a bona fide, listing-focused agent opportunity with real intent to hire. Compensation is commission-only: estimated annual earnings $85,000-$150,000, with an agent split of 50/50 to 70/30 of GCI based on closed transactions. • Develop and manage listing opportunities in Issaquah and Sammamish. Meet with prospective sellers, prepare listing strategies, coordinate marketing, communicate throughout the transaction, and collaborate with the KW Bothell team. Participate in mentorship and team training. This is a commission-only role; compensation is based on closed transactions.

Active Washington real estate license or ability to obtain one. Listing-focused mindset, strong communication, client service skills, and commitment to ethical real estate practice. Able to work locally with the team from 22614 Bothell Everett Hwy, Bothell, WA 98021. Not a remote or partially remote role.
