Join our Bothell-based real estate team as a Listing Partner serving Bellevue and Redmond. This commission-only opportunity is for a licensed Washington real estate professional who wants to build a listing-focused business with coaching, systems, and collaborative support. Compensation is 50/50–70/30 of gross commission income (GCI), with an expected annual commission-only range of $80,000–$140,000; this is not a salary. The role is local and in person at our Bothell office.

Build and maintain a listing pipeline across Bellevue, Redmond, and nearby Eastside communities. Conduct thoughtful seller consultations and present clear pricing and marketing strategies. Develop relationships with homeowners, past clients, and referral partners to generate listing opportunities. Coordinate listing preparation, launch, showings, negotiations, and closing with the team’s systems and support. Communicate consistently with clients and partners while delivering a high standard of service. Track activity and follow a repeatable business plan with coaching and accountability.

Active Washington real estate broker license, or ability to obtain one promptly. Listing experience or a demonstrated interest in building a listing-focused real estate business. Strong client communication, follow-through, negotiation, and organization skills. Self-directed, ethical, and comfortable with commission-only compensation. Willingness to work in person at the Bothell office and serve local Eastside communities. Commitment to learning, collaboration, and consistent prospecting activity.
