The Nickle Team, in partnership with PLACE, is on the lookout for a motivated, detail-oriented Listing Manager. This role offers more than just support, it’s an intensive apprenticeship experience. You’ll work side-by-side with top agents, providing outstanding service to luxury buyers while mastering proven scripts, systems, and sales strategies that can lead to a six-figure income.

Important: This is a commission-only, performance-driven position ideal for individuals determined to build a lucrative real estate career.

• Be an expert user and coach of in-house technology and tools
• Manage marketing plans & listing syndication
• Manage virtual team members
• Create or coordinate listing marketing materials
• Review all listing marketing materials for quality control
• Build and implement systems that save time and create efficiencies
• Coordinate with vendors such as sign companies, photographers, contractors
• Edit photos as needed
• Maintain the marketing related expenses/budget
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

You are a detail oriented operations based professional who has a knack for marketing. You are excited about using technology in your day-to-day job functions but also LOVE interacting and serving people. Your organization is second to none and you can execute while having fun with a thriving team.

$50,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly
