Position Summary:

We are seeking a full-time licensed Real Estate Agent to play a key role within our respected team. The perfect candidate is a goal-oriented closer who excels in a fast-moving, team-driven setting. • Execute daily real estate lead generation activities
• Prospecting daily for homes leads, off-market opportunities to deliver your value proposition
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in daily Skilling up your conversations per team standards to convert appointments
• Participate in weekly and monthly team activities - per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call to elevate your mindset and skills
• Track activities, report your numbers with our cutting edge CRM & technology systems and tools to enhance your career and know your numbers
• Use our data company to find sellers to drop off and be top of your game in the industry
• Commit to previewing homes to learn and understand home values
• Be a student of the market & evolving real estate industry

$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
