We are seeking skilled and experienced Buyer’s Agents fluent in multiple languages to become integral members of our growing real estate team. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong history of outstanding client service and extensive expertise in guiding buyers through every step of the home-buying journey. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including many relocating to the area. • Execute daily real estate lead generation activities
• Prospecting daily for homes leads, off-market opportunities to deliver your value proposition
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in daily Skilling up your conversations per team standards to convert appointments
• Participate in weekly and monthly team activities - per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call to elevate your mindset and skills
• Track activities, report your numbers with our cutting edge CRM & technology systems and tools to enhance your career and know your numbers
• Use our data company to find sellers to drop off and be top of your game in the industry
• Commit to previewing homes to learn and understand home values
• Be a student of the market & evolving real estate industry

$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
