Listing Agent Position Summary
In the role of Listing Agent, your primary responsibility is to identify and obtain new property listings while providing outstanding service to your clients. You will leverage advanced lead generation systems, state-of-the-art technology, and established business strategies to cultivate a successful and sustainable career. Our team offers ongoing training, accountability frameworks, and comprehensive support, allowing you to focus on client relationships and achieving sales goals.
Note: This role operates on a commission-only basis.
Responsibilities
- Prospect daily for new listing opportunities using team-provided and personal lead sources.
- Conduct listing consultations and secure signed agreements with sellers.
- Price and market properties using team-provided data, tools, and marketing resources.
- Host open houses and listing-focused events to generate buyer and seller leads.
- Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers to achieve optimal results.
- Maintain active communication with clients throughout the listing process.
- Input, update, and track activities in our CRM and Brivity system.
- Attend team trainings, coaching sessions, and accountability meetings to stay sharp.
Qualifications
- Active CA real estate license (required before joining, not to apply).
- Minimum 1–2 years of residential real estate experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success in securing and closing listing transactions.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Tech savvy, with experience using CRM systems and MLS.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.
- Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Compensation
$75,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
