Your Opportunity

As a Listing Agent, you’ll focus on generating and converting listing opportunities while delivering an exceptional client experience. You’ll plug into our lead sources, tech tools, and proven business models to build a scalable, sustainable business. Our team provides consistent training, accountability, and full-service support so you can focus on clients and production.

Important: This is a commission-only position

Responsibilities

  • Prospect daily for new listing opportunities using team-provided and personal lead sources.
  • Conduct listing consultations and secure signed agreements with sellers.
  • Price and market properties using team-provided data, tools, and marketing resources.
  • Host open houses and listing-focused events to generate buyer and seller leads.
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers to achieve optimal results.
  • Maintain active communication with clients throughout the listing process.
  • Input, update, and track activities in our CRM and Brivity system.
  • Attend team trainings, coaching sessions, and accountability meetings to stay sharp.

Qualifications

  • Active CA real estate license (required before joining, not to apply).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of residential real estate experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in securing and closing listing transactions.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Tech savvy, with experience using CRM systems and MLS.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Compensation

$75,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
