Responsibilities
- Dedicate 15 hours weekly to lead generation efforts
- Host a minimum of two open houses each week
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled client appointments
- Engage in weekly script rehearsals following team guidelines
- Actively take part in team meetings and events as required
- Advise sellers, secure listings, and effectively promote properties
- Showcase proficiency in pricing tactics, home staging, and other listing services
- Represent sellers in offer negotiations
- Maintain accurate records of activities and client information using Brivity Technology
Qualifications
- Driven sales professional with a competitive edge
- Skilled at establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and providing effective solutions
- Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
- Naturally adept at handling objections
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Licensed real estate agent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales with an active license.
- Committed to continuous learning and personal growth
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Open to mastering scripts and dialogue techniques
Compensation
$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
