I’m looking for someone to help manage the extra workload—someone focused, open to learning, proactive, and comfortable having honest, kind conversations with clients. You’ll primarily work with sellers, but there will also be opportunities to assist motivated buyers and investors. Lead generate 15 hours a week

Conduct two or more open houses weekly

Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments

Participate in weekly script practice per team standards

Participate in team activities per team standards

Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes

Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers

Track activities and clients in Brivity Technology
