I’m excited to share everything I’ve learned about becoming a skilled listing agent. It’s a rewarding journey that will help you sell homes more quickly and confidently than most agents, no matter the market. I’m looking for someone to help manage the extra workload—someone focused, open to learning, proactive, and comfortable having honest, kind conversations with clients. You’ll primarily work with sellers, but there will also be opportunities to assist motivated buyers and investors. If you have some experience in both sales and real estate, I’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Lead generate 15 hours a week
- Conduct two or more open houses weekly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
- Track activities and clients in Brivity Technology
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
- Self Motivated
- Licensed real estate professional
- 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning based, growth-minded
- Organized
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
Compensation
$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
