• Dedicate 15 hours weekly to lead generation efforts
• Host a minimum of two open houses each week
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled client appointments
• Engage in weekly script rehearsals following team guidelines
• Actively take part in team meetings and events as required
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and effectively promote properties
• Showcase proficiency in pricing tactics, home staging, and other listing services
• Represent sellers in offer negotiations
• Maintain accurate records of activities and client information using Brivity Technology

• Driven sales professional with a competitive edge
• Skilled at establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and providing effective solutions
• Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
• Naturally adept at handling objections
• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Licensed real estate agent
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales with an active license.
• Committed to continuous learning and personal growth
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Open to mastering scripts and dialogue techniques

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
