• Aggressively work our built database of seller leads, delivering relentless follow-up to convert prospects into listings.
• Prospect daily for new seller opportunities, including off-market properties, to expand your pipeline.
• Conduct compelling seller consultations, leveraging team scripts to secure listing agreements.
• Negotiate and close listing contracts with precision, ensuring maximum value for clients.
• Track and report performance metrics using advanced CRM tools to stay data-driven and optimize results.
• Collaborate with our sales team to maximize opportunities and referrals from the database.
• Participate in weekly 1:1 coaching, team trainings, and Partner Calls to refine your skills and mindset.
• Regularly preview homes in Putnam and Dutchess Counties to maintain expert-level market knowledge.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, adapting to new strategies to remain a top performer.

• Active NYS Real Estate Salesperson License with at least 2 years of experience specializing in listings.
• Proven track record of securing and closing listings, with exceptional follow-up and lead management skills.
• Deep knowledge of Putnam and Dutchess Counties, NY, including market trends and property values.
• Hungry, driven, and competitive, with a relentless commitment to follow-through and client satisfaction.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building trust and overcoming objections.
• Highly organized, with excellent time management and the ability to handle high-volume lead databases.
• Growth-minded and eager to plug into proven systems, scripts, and models for success.

$140,000 - $175,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
