Your Opportunity

The Listing Agent is responsible for helping homeowners successfully sell their properties while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role focuses on lead generation, listing appointments, pricing strategy, seller consultations, contract negotiations, and maintaining strong communication throughout the listing process. The Listing Agent will work closely with the Amanda Ponce Real Estate Team's operations staff to ensure listings are marketed effectively and transactions move smoothly from listing agreement to closing.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Conduct three open houses weekly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in daily script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
  • Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • Team player
  • Licensed real estate professional
  • 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning based, growth-minded 
  • Organized
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues 
  • Excellent time management skills

Compensation

$13,000 - $25,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
